Only exchange faulty items within 3 days. No exchanges or returns are permitted after 3 days have passed.

Products that we mailed out and products that are defective because of a mistake on our part (such as the wrong item) are both acceptable for return. The original receipt must be included when returning the item(s).

NOTICE: The item must be in the same condition that it was received, including the packaging.

We will send you an email to let you know that we have received and examined your returned item after it has been received. The acceptance or rejection of your replacement will also be communicated to you.

Once your replacement has been processed and you have received approval, we’ll send you a New Product.

To claim any damage or missing products, we need a 360-degree unboxing video of the package; without the video, no replacement will be provided.

We require the video in order to file a complaint with the courier service in the event that something was stolen or damaged in route.

(We only replace things that are flawed, damaged, or the incorrect item.)
